Inability equals failure

The world shaken beyond belief, her world that she was so sure of. Fairy tale reality collapsing, exposing all the failures, all the problems she learned how to run from as well as the ones she was yet to learn about. But on top of everything the very reason of her disturbance, of that shock wave that destroyed any hope for success - realization of inability, of lonely struggle that couldn't be won, only adding to the weight she already had to carry on her shoulders. That was only as much as her wings allowed her to lift and you can't get to heaven with only one wing.
Soon the fairy tale world will be rebuild and the illusion will be back in place, for now she has her trusted way of coping with reality.
